Because each item is made to order, we're able to offer returns or replacements in the following cases:

• Manufacturing or printing issues
• Incorrect items received

If your order arrives with any of the above issues, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Size exchanges Not sure about sizing? Check the size chart on each product page — and when in doubt, size up. Our Sand Hoodie is designed to wear oversized.

Because every piece is made just for you, we're not able to offer standard size exchanges — but we never want sizing to stand between you and a piece you love. If sizing doesn't work out, reach out and we'll do our best to help with a discounted replacement.
